Practical information

The workshop will be hosted in the Ozyegin University's off campus education area in ParkSA Hilton (http://hilton.com.tr/eng/Hilton-ParkSa-Istanbul/default.aspx). No registration fee is required; each participant will have to cover his/her accommodation and travel expenses.

Accommodation

We compiled two groups of hotels. The hotels in the first group are located in a relatively close vicinity of the workshop hotel. The second group hotels are located in the historical area (Sultanahmet) close to several attractions. Their ranks are better mostly because of this. The hotels in both groups cover different price ranges. However, there are many other hotels in both areas which you may want to check out at http://www.istanbulhotels.com/. Shuttle service will be arranged between ParkSA Hilton and two main locations: Sultanahmet Meydani (Square) and Taksim Meydani (Square).

We encourage you to book your hotel early since August is a quite busy period in Istanbul.
