Letter of invitation
All conference attendees who seek a Letter of Invitation must first register and pay for the conference fees before a Letter of Invitation will be issued.
Invitation letters request must be made on Registration page.
It is your responsibility to get the Visa. EUROSENSORS2017 organizers cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the conference
